Sales Position Brighton

• Full-time Sales Representative for Upstream selling SEO services. Please note: a 3 month probationary period will be required.

Where?

• Based in our central Brighton offices (10 minutes from Brighton train station, 1 minute from the beach), but travel across the UK will be required (especially to London).

When?

• Immediate

Duties:

• Market research on the Internet.
• Attending shows/networking events.
• Cold Calling, emailing and generating leads.
• Visiting potential clients.
• Writing sales proposals.
• Follow up with client contacts by email, phone calls, etc.

Requirements:

• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
• Languages: fluent English (spoken and written).
• Excellent telephone manner and writing skills.
• Ability to report regularly to management in a concise and informative way.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Understanding of general business and marketing principles.
• Self-starter, full of initiative and a hunger to sell. You will be generating leads within your first few days.
• The right to work in the UK.

Offer:

• You will be part of an international dynamic team in a relaxed, informal office with no dress code.
• Full training about the ins and outs of SEO will be provided.
• Salary of £15-20k basic per annum plus a very generous commission (OTE £30-50k per annum) on all sales.
• Travel expenses when visiting clients/shows/networking events.
• Loan of company laptop and mobile phone.
• 23-24 days annual leave.

Senior Paid Search Consultant Brighton

• Full-time Paid Search Consultant for Upstream running PPC campaigns for Upstream clients. Please note: a 3 month probationary period will be required.

Where?

• Based in our central Brighton/Hove offices, some home working can be considered.

When?

• Immediate

Duties:

• Coordinating PPC campaigns for hundreds of websites.
• Managing junior PPC consultants.
• Report writing for clients and senior management.
• Speaking to clients on the telephone.
• Training clients and colleagues on PPC.
• Assisting sales team with data for sales proposals.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience of PPC.
• Excellent Knowledge of Adwords, Yahoo Marketing, MSN AdCenter. Preferable knowledge of Kelkoo.
• Languages: fluent English (spoken and written). Foreign languages an advantage.
• Excellent writing and numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to report regularly to management in a concise and informative way.
• Understanding of general business and marketing principles.
• Good telephone manner.
• The right to work in the UK.

Offer:

Junior SEO Consultant Brighton

• Full-time SEO Consultant for Upstream running SEO campaigns for Upstream clients. Please note: a 3 month probationary period will be required.

Where?

• Based in our central Brighton/Hove offices, some home working can be considered.

When?

• Immediate

Duties:

• Coordinating SEO campaigns for dozens of websites.
• Report writing for clients and management.
• Speaking to clients on the telephone.
• Training clients and colleagues on SEO.
• Assisting sales team with data for sales proposals.
• Working with programmers on internal SEO.
• Negotiating with other webmasters.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience of SEO
• Languages: fluent English (spoken and written). At least one foreign language would be an advantage.
• Good writing skills.
• General understanding of HTML and PHP/ASP/Coldfusion.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to report regularly to management in a concise and informative way.
• Understanding of general business and marketing principles.
• Good telephone manner.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Attention to detail (so important, we have mentioned it twice).

Offer:
